Assistance Program

This program gives
grants to eligible individuals and households to help with heating
expenses between November 1 and April 30. Eligibility is based on a
household's income during the prior calendar month. Call the State of

Subsidized
Rental Housing Utility Deposit
- The Heating Assistance Program Subsidized Rental Housing Utility
Deposit is a special grant that is available to households that need
help with the initial utility or fuel deposit required to establish
service in Section 8 or subsidized rental housing.
