ML&P Customer Service Lobby & drive-thru closed temporarily

As we continue to monitor COVID-19 in Alaska, ML&P is implementing recommendations from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) that limit public interaction and reduce the possibility of transmitting the virus. Until further notice, the ML&P Customer Service Lobby and drive-thru window will be closed to the public. 

Please note that delivery of your electrical service will not be impacted by the closure of the Customer Service Lobby to the public. 

  • You can reach ML&P Customer Service reps by phone 907-263-5340 during regular business hours to pay your bill or ask questions about your account.
  • You can also pay your bill any time day or night through ML&P’s online portal.
  • You can reach ML&P Customer Service reps by email at askMLP@muni.org for other questions about your account.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility right now, especially as updates about how we deliver our services and conduct business are released. Staff at ML&P are proud to be part of the network of first responders in our community. We are committed to keeping the lights on for our customers and taking the necessary precautions to protect our most vulnerable neighbors.
