expected peak loads of at least 100 kW, subject to the limitations
described below, taking service through facilities installed entirely at
customer expense, or taking service through facilities which have been in
continuous use for a period of 60 consecutive months prior to the customer
taking service under the interruptible power at secondary voltage rate
schedule.* The following monthly rates are subject to adjustment each
quarter and are based on the total kWh usage.
